  • A purple candle (Jupiter for expansion) or a white candle (pure spirit).

  • Frankincense, Cedar, or Sandalwood incense.

  • A blank parchment or clean white paper.

  • A pen or stylus.

• Optional: Small Wheel, Sphere, or Disk symbolizing the Circle of Fate.

1. Center and Ground

• Stand or sit upright.

• Take three deep breaths, visualizing golden light descending from Kether (the Crown) into your heart.
