🔮 Cup Blessing for Emotional Renewal
To be performed during a waxing moon, ideally in a quiet space with candlelight and a sacred cup or goblet.
Items Needed:
One cup (glass or chalice)
Water, wine, or herbal tea
Small white candle
The sigil (printed or visualized)
Invocation:
“O Divine Shekinah, Ocean of Rebirth, Lady of the Cup and the Moonlight Veil,
I call upon your waters to refresh the wellspring of my soul.”
Hold the cup in both hands and visualize the sigil glowing just above the surface. Breathe deeply into your heart space.
Blessing Declaration:
“This cup is a sacred vessel.
I bless this water with remembrance,
That I may release what is stagnant,
And receive what flows in grace.
May the holy tide of renewal wash through me—
Clearing sorrow, stilling restlessness, and awakening joy.”
Sip slowly and with intention. After drinking, place your palm over your heart and whisper:
