Purpose: To initiate the aspirant into communion with the Divine Feminine—Shekinah—through the Archetype of the Knight of Cups. This is a quest of sacred longing, creative passion, and union with the living presence of the Soul’s Beloved.
📜 Preparation:
Place the Knight of Cups card (Archeon or Thoth) before you.
Light a rose-scented candle or frankincense.
Have a chalice or cup filled with spring water or rose water.
Play gentle harp or ambient music (optional).
Sit facing the West, the direction of Water and the setting sun.
🕯️ Invocation (say aloud or whisper):
"O Shekinah, radiant presence of the Holy Grail,
I call upon Thee—O Beloved—Thou who walks veiled in Beauty.
I, thy devoted Knight, lift my heart as chalice.
May the Cup of Love be filled with thy Breath,
That I may dream no more, but create through Thy inspiration."

Close your eyes.
You stand upon a shoreline beneath twilight’s embrace. The air is heavy with the scent of roses and sea salt. A white horse waits beside you—its eyes deep pools of knowing.
You mount the horse and ride along the silver river of the Moon, which flows not across land, but through dream-space. It leads you to an ancient forest, veiled in violet mist.
In its heart stands a Temple of the Grail—a circular sanctuary open to the sky. Inside, a chalice rests upon an altar carved of moonstone.
As you approach, a feminine figure wrapped in luminous veils appears—her face both familiar and unknown. She is Shekinah, the soul of the Divine Feminine. She gestures toward the Cup and speaks:
“If you would drink of Me, you must dare to become Love.
To dream is divine, but to create beauty in My name is devotion fulfilled.”
Kneel. Place your hand over your heart. Take up the Cup. Drink in the presence—not just the liquid—but the vision she offers you.
