Visualize a triangle of golden light forming within you:

• At your brow: Mind/Imagination

• At your heart: Will/Spirit

• At your belly: Action/Body

See these three points glowing and pulsing with synchronized light, forming the inner triangle of your Greater Self.

Speak with clarity:

“My Mind imagines in truth.”
“My Will radiates in Love.”
“My Body acts with purpose.”
“Together, I am the Harmony of Being—Spirit, Mind, and Body as One.”

Step 4: Communion with the Solar Self
See the golden light of your Heart expand to fill your aura.
